FLUFFY VEGAN PANCAKES HIGH PROTEIN RECIPE

If you are looking for a high-protein breakfast option that is tasty, filling and easy to make then pancakes should definitely be on your priority list. If you have a little bit more time, definitely top it up with some blueberries and peanut butter sauce. It only takes 15 minutes or less to prep so give it a shot with the ingredients and recipe below!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten-free millet flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Peanut Butter Sauce (optional)
  • 1 scoop EVOLVE Performance Plant Protein (Rich Chocolate Flavour)

 

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until the texture forms a batter
  2. Heat the pan on medium heat and add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  3. Add the batter onto the pan and cook until batter forms a pancake-like structure
  4. Flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Top it off with peanut butter and blueberries (optional)
